First record of the genus Issopulex (Hemiptera: Fulgoroidea: Caliscelidae) from Madagascar

Abstract. Issopulex gloriosus China et Fennah, 1960 (Fulgoroidea: Caliscelidae) is recorded for the first time from Madagascar (Toliara Province). Habitus photos of the species are provided.
