The International Scientific Committee of the “INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON TAXONOMY AND FAUNISTICS OF BEETLES (COLEOPTERA)” cordially invites you to take part in this event, which will take place at the Daugavpils University in Daugavpils, Latvial, from the 2d to the 4th of June 2005.

Work can be presented in one of the following areas of coleopterology. The preliminary themes for the sessions are:

1. Sistematics and taxonomy of beetles;
2. Faunistics of beetles;
3. Biogeography of beetles;
4. M.Stiprais – famous Latvian entomologist.

REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

Registration for “INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON TAXONOMY AND FAUNISTICS OF BEETLES (COLEOPTERA)” can be made from 1st November 2004 to 1st April 2005.

Registration fees:    15 EUR.
