Macrolycus Waterhouse, 1878 (Coleoptera: Lycidae) of continental China.

ABSTRACT: A review of species of the genus Macrolycus Waterhouse, 1878 from continental China is carried out. Seven new species are described: Macrolycus yunnanus sp. n., M. shaanxiensis sp. n., M. aurantiacus sp. n., M. pusillus sp. n., M. bocakorum sp. n., M. galinae sp. n. and M. murzini sp. n. A key to all known taxa from the area is presented (Coleoptera: Lycidae). KEYWORDS: Coleoptera, Lycidae, Lycinae, Macrolycini, new species, taxonomy, continental China. |
