Резюме. Составлен полный список и дополненная определительная таблица самцов всех 180 палеарктических видов и 3 подвидов рода Medetera; 27 видов впервые включены в таблицу. Виды Medetera belgica Parent, M. bilineata Frey, M. kowarzi Negrobov, M. miki Negrobov, M. peloria Negrobov, M. sphaeropyga Negrobov, M. tarasovae Negrobov и M. thunebergi Negrobov, stat. resurr., востановлены из синонимов на основе различий в строении гениталий самцов.
