Article 74.7.3 of the Code: proposed deletion

Abstract. Publication of the full original text of the proposal, which appeared in “The Bulletin of Zoological Nomenclature” (vol. 58, no. 2, pp. 133-140) in considerably shortened form. The authors appeal to zoologists to send messages to the International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature informing on their attitude to the proposal.
