A review of North American species of Messatoporus Cushman (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae, Cryptini)

Abstract. A key to 18 North American species of Messatoporus is given. 12 new species are described from Mexico. M. jocosus (Provancher, 1874) is resurrected from synonymy with M. discoidalis (Cresson, 1872).
