On the genus Pentatermus Hedqvist (Hymenoptera: Braconidae)

Abstract. Composition of the genus Pentatermus is discussed. Description of a new Australian species, P. austini sp. n., redescription of P. carinatus Hedqvist, P. striatus (Szépl), P. concolor (Szélp), and key to the genus are given. P. carinatus is considered as valid species. P. medvedevi Blkb. and P. parnare He & Chen are synonymized with P. striatus. A new combination P. concolor (Szépl.) (from Rhaconotus) is given.
