A new species of Tympanogryllus Gor. from the Solomon Islands (Orthoptera: Gryllidae: Gryllinae)

Abstract. Tympanogryllus solomonicus sp. n. from the Solomon Is. is described. It differs distinctly from all other congeners in the shape and venation of tegmina as well as in the structure of the male genitalia.
