On some old collections of Chloropidae in the Zoological Institute, St.Petersburg (Diptera)

Abstract. Chloropidae specimens identifed by famous dipterists C.F. Fallén, J.W. Meigen, J.W. Zetterstedt and H. Loew, and deposited in the Zoological Institute, St. Petersburg are revised. The specimens identified by Meigen originate from the collection of J. Waltl.
