Abstract. A new species of the genus Dinotrema Foerster, 1863 with enlarged propodeal spiracles, D. kovali sp. nov. collected in the Mangupskaya I Cave on Baba-Dagh Mountain (Baba-Dagh Plateau) of the Bakhchisaray District of Crimean Peninsula, is described and illustrated. A new species is the most similar to the Western Palaearctic D. erythropum Foerster, 1863 and D. stigmaticum (Tobias, 1992). This is the first record of the genus Dinotrema in the caves of the Eastern Europe.
