Sarnus rhomboidalis Fennah (Hemiptera: Fulgoroidea: Issidae) in Madagascar: new alien species for the island?

Abstract. Sarnus rhomboidalis Fennah, 1965 is redescribed and recorded for the first time from Fianarantsoa Province of Madagascar which is the first record of Neotropical issid species from Madagascar.
