The analysis of the morphogenesis, reproductive system structure and phenomenon of unition in Diplozoids (Monogenea). P. 3-9.
The analysis of the reproductive system morphogenesis in two genera groups of diplozoids was conducted. In representatives of one of these, Eudiplozoon nipponicum, the powerful progenesis leads to formation of primordiums testis with vas deferens, an ovary with uterus and yolk duct with yolk reservoir already in diporp. The primordium of vagina was not discovered. Therefore, in the process of junction of diporps the vas deferens primordium penetrates into the another specimen body, where it merges with primordium of yolk duct. The primordium of uterus in diporps of the genera Diplozoon and Paradiplozoon leaves not from the primordium of ovary but leaves from the common hermaphroditic sexual primordium not yet divided into primordiums of testis and ovary. In this case in young diplozoids the primordium of uterus is re-layed and the common reproductive primordium (CRP) together with primordiums of testis and ovary is formed. The definitive uterus, oviduct, yolk reservoir and spermcarring duct (ductus vaginoides denovo) derive from this CRP. Dorsal tubercle of diporp is no more an extension of tegument and a place for attach the ventral sucker of another diporp. The different morphogenesis and structure of reproductive system in two genera groups of the diplozoids indicates the origin of the diplozoids from lack vagina ancestors, like contemporary oktomacrids. Author considers that the phenomenon of unition in diplozoids arised in progenetic postlarvae (diporps) because of the copulation through the wall of body. The progenesis of diplozoids is apparently caused by low number of population of fishes and prodiplozoids respectively in the period of transgressions of the world ocean level. The data and arguments which denied the significance of the direction of haptors towards one to other for the origin of double specimen are proposed.

The fine structure of the genital atrium of the bat parasite Prosthodendrium ascidia (Trematoda: Lecithodendriidae). P. 10-12.
The fine structure of the genital atrium of P. ascidia is described. Numerous sunken sencillae were found around genital pore and some of them incide the lumen of atrium. The terminal part of these receptors laks cilia and striated rootlet and has one apical collar. The cytoplasm of the terminal bulb contains basal body, mitochondria, small vesicles, and neurotubules. The plasma membrane of the bulb forms several broad invaginations. Thin gland ducts filled with small secretory granules are marked between the sensillae. The genital atrium of P. ascidia turned out to be armed by several massive spines with obvious crystalloid structure. Since the unspined atrium is acknowledged to be the main difference that distinguishes genera Prosthodendrium from genera Acanthatrium with spined atrium, the taxonomic value of this morphological feature is called in question.

Peculiarities of the integument genesis in procercoids of caryophyllidean cestodes. P. 13-18.
The ultrastructure of the tegument in procercoids of caryophyllid cestodes and its differentiation in the development of larvae were investigated. It is shown, that main objective ways of the integument genesis in caryophyllid cestodes are similar to ones in pseudophyllidean and proteocephallid cestodes. The differences of the development of caryophyllid larvae are recovered. In caryophyllid larvae the microtrichiae derive from microhairs and simultaneously differentiate into cone-like and tubular forms. During the development in the body cave of oligochaeta the structure of the cercomer integument undergoes somewhat morphological reconstructions to execute probably some trophical and protective function.

Primary and superinvasive opisthorchiasis biorhythmology. Seasonal changes of diurnal activity of golden hamster's peripheral blood composition. P. 19-24.
540 golden hamsters were selected into 3 groups: 1 — free from invasion, 2 — once infected, 3 — repeatedly infected with Opisthorchis felineus. Diurnal activity of peripheral blood composition was investigated in spring, autumn and winter at 3, 7, 11 a. m. and 3, 7, 11 p. m. The dependence of biorhythmical organisation of peripheral blood cell composition upon seasons and the opisthorchis invasion frequency was recovered. The eosinophilia is the marker reaction of opisthorchiasis acute phasee and it depend upon the invasion frequency. Seasons and invasion frequency affect on all diurnal rhythm components (mezor, acrophase, amplitude) with most largest drift in spring.

Lepidapedon cambrensis (Trematoda: Lepocreadiidae) parasite of the Atlantic Ocean fishes. P. 25-28.
Lepidapedon cambrensis Srivastava, 1966 is redescribed. It was found in the five — beard rockling, Ciliata mustela, from the Celtic Sea. The following species are synonymised: L. guevarai Lopez-Roman et Maillard, 1973, and L. rachion (Cobbold, 1858) sensu Bray, 1973 and sensu Dolgikh et Najdenova, 1967 to L. cambrensis. This species belongs to the mediterranean-lusitanian complex.

The morphology of larvae abd the karyotypes of two relative species of black flies of the genus Montisimulium (Diptera: Simuliidae). P. 29-36.
The morphology and the karyotypes of two relative species of black flyes of the Montisimulium genus: M. shevjakovi Dor., Rubz., Ulas. (a typical) and M. decimfiliatum Rubz. were studied. The diploid number 2n = 6 and the principal markers of polytene chromosomes: the location of the centromere, nucleolus, puffs, Balbiani rings were determined on the squash preparations of the gonades, ganglia and salivary glands of larvae stained with aceto-orsein. The maps of the polytene chromosomes were worked out and are published for the first time. It was shown that the morphology of these species is similar. However, the karyotypical signs — structural special features of the centromeres, nucleolus localisation and two homozygous inversions — are strictly distinct.

On mass breeding of biting midges (Diptera: Ceratopogonidae) in the White Sea intertidal zone. P. 43-46.
The biting midges larvae fauna of the intertidal and supralittoral zones in Seldyanaya small bay (Kandalaksha Bay of the White Sea) is studied. It is represented by Stilobezzia sp., Dasyhelea sp. and Culicoides manchuriensis immature stages. Their distribution displayes the strict vertical zonation. The abundance of larvae collected differs strongly at the places with different conditions. The mass breeding of Culicoides and Dasyhelea in the tidal zone of Arctic Seas is noticed for the first time. The maximum density of larvae in several times greater compared to the similar biotopes of subtropical and the south of temporal regions.

A description of the males and protonymphs of three species of the genus Steatonyssus (Gamasina: Macronyssidae) from bats. P. 47-54.
A discription is given of the unknown males and protonymphs of three species Steatonyssus noctulus Rybin, 1992, S. desertorus Rybin, 1992 and S. cavus Rubin, 1992. A key to the eight species of the genus Steatonyssus Kolenati, 1858 (males, protonymphs) known from ex-USSR is given.
