SKILLS:

Proficient at theory and methods of use computers for zoological and zoogeographical purposes. 25-nd years experience in programming languages (Fortran, dBASE/FoxPro, HTML). Author of hundreds of programs in this languages for computers: IBM 360/370, BESM-6, PDP-11, IBM PC/AT.

The main results: original computer system for dialogue identification of animals and plants; method of representation of hierarchical taxonomic systems in relational data bases; new approach and original programs for compiling of biological monographs, guides and keys on CD-ROM; new method of computer objective zoogeographical division into districts on base of data matrices "taxon-locality"; original interactive computer system for mapping of animals distribution; new approach to use of discriminant analysis us tool for differentiation of close species of animals; new approach to development of simulation models of insect pests.
