The Russian and world science bore heavy and not compensating loss.
In the morning of 21th December 2001 Vladimir Vasil'yevich Zherikhin,
famous entomologist and paleontologist, Doctor of Sciences, Head of
Laboratory of arthropods at the Palaontological institute of the
Russian Academy of Sciences suddenly passed away from severe disease.
The burial was held on 25th December. |
